They are currently looking at recruiting Technical Support Consultant who needs to be fluent in both Afrkaans and English and are able to commute daily to their offices in Durbanville. Duties & Responsibilities ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES As part of the Support team, your responsibilities will include: Technical support to users - both internal and external to the company Communicate technical application requirements to developers Setup and maintenance of Company hardware and software systems Conduct testing of Company software against test plans Rollout / installation of software to customers Documentation of install procedures Working with service providers First line support to our customers on the Company’s products in the Financial Services Industry Desired Experience & Qualification QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS As applicant you will need a Higher Certificate / Degree that covers Network Design and Administration, Computer Systems, Databases and Networks or similar at a credited institution. EXPERIENCE Experience in a technical support environment will be an advantage. PREFERRED SKILLS - TECHNICAL Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Product Suite. General knowledge of databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server Programming with PowerShell, C# and/or VB.Net will be an advantage Knowledge / experience with Web services and API’s will be an advantage Knowledge / experience with Azure will be an advantage Exposure to the financial services industry will be to your benefit These jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
