The role requires engagement with senior executive leadership, facilitating and driving strategic initiatives and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Based in Umhlanga, DurbanRequirements:Relevant Master's degree (e.g. MBA)Strong work experience leading projects, teams or organisationsMarket research experience is advantageousProven track record of effectively interacting with executive managementExperience with project management methods like Scrum or AgileFluent in change management and continuous improvement methods, such as Six Sigma or LeanExceptional quantitative, analytical and conceptual problemsolving skills combined with outstanding business acumenBroad functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business development, product development, project management, human resources, marketing and sales, etc.Excellent interpersonal, engagement and communication skillsEntrepreneurial and resultsdriven achieverAbility to work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationAbility to influence decision making at executive leadership levelExcellent presentation skillsDuties and responsibilities:Working with our Group CEO, and Executive Leadership team to help drive and execute the company's strategy and work on highlevel strategic projects assigned by the CEO.Participates and leads programme management of CEO initiatives, which involves duties on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamworkPlanning, coordinating and keeping contents of a meeting focusedDetermining key performance indicators and how to measure team performanceProviding tactical support to implement ideasWorking with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goalsResponding to inquiries on behalf of the Chief ExecutiveOverseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementationIdentifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processesProviding Chief Executive and other senior leaders with insight and analysis on the company's operationsAssessing risk when business decisions are madeProviding support and oversight for special projects and initiativesPlanning, coordinating and leading meetings and workshopsIdentifying and providing recommendations on improvements across the organisationLook externally and internally to drive forward innovation ideas that will support driving business profitability.IMPORTANT NOTICEI hereby consent for Talented Recruitment to process my personal information as part of the recruitment process.
