Experience-1-2 years' experienceKey Responsibilities-Advise management on all matters affecting the company in relation to human resources, external events and legislation-Arrange external training as per Workplace Skills Plan-Chair and manage the employment equity and training consultative committees-Conduct internal off-the-job training-Consult, prepare and present employment equity plan-Consult, prepare and present workplace skills plan-Maintain good communication with Trade Unions and Shop Stewards-Manage disciplinary procedures-Manage grievance procedures-Manage the purchase and issue of PPE-Oversee and advise on implementation of company policy-Oversee the work of Receptionist and Tea/Cleaning Worker-Participate in implementation of the OSH Act and other safety matters as required-Personnel administrative tasks and maintenance of records-Recruitment and training of employees in conjunction with departmental heads-Represent the company at the appointed SETAQualification-Diploma/Degree in HR or other related field of study-Matric/Grade 12Skills-Ability to translate HR theory into practice-Good interpersonal skills-Proficient in Micorsoft Office-Working knowledge of labour legislation-Good influencing skills-Ability to listenWhen applying please referenceLR4Y8W8X#J-18808-Ljbffr
