The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field and possess advanced technical knowledge in structural engineering principles and practices. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring that structures are safe, stable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.Responsibilities:Designing and analysing structural components and systems for construction projectsCreating detailed drawings, specifications, and calculationsConducting site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions and provide recommendations for improvementsCollaborating with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline constraintsMonitoring construction progress and quality control to ensure compliance with design specificationsReviewing and approving construction documents, reports, and plansMentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on technical issuesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the civil construction industryProfessional Engineer registration is beneficialAdvanced knowledge of structural analysis software and design toolsSolid understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standardsExperience with water-retaining concrete structuresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver’s licence#J-18808-Ljbffr
