Our client is looking for an individual to lead the maintenance function in the safe and cost-effective execution of maintenance and project work - to improve availability and reliability of plant and equipment. Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mech or Elec) Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an automotive environment Duties include: Sheq - facilitate the management of a safety, health, and environmental management program in the workplace (ISO14001 and ISO45001) Quality management system - Manage and implement the Maintenance Quality Assurance systems Policies and procedures - initiate, develop, and update Maintenance Policies, Procedures, Codes of Practice etc Financial Management - provide input into the budget process, monitor performance against budget, promote good Corporate Governance Customer and supplier liaison Maintenance Management - analyze and interpret planned maintenance reports, analyze and interpret breakdown reports. Diagnose plant and equipment problems.
