Head of Client Services We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as the Head of Client Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple Client Delivery Specialists and ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery, and contract profitability for assigned client contracts. As the Head of Client Services, you will work closely with various central delivery functions to execute client delivery and operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Services, Southern Africa, you will play a key role in driving service delivery excellence and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of Service Delivery Specialists Ensure services are delivered according to agreed service definitions and contracts Collaborate with stakeholders to drive service delivery excellence Negotiate and resolve contractual issues Attract and retain top talent Qualifications Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and clients Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong business acumen and commercial skills Proven negotiation skills Self-driven with a commitment to succeed Experience and Education Demonstrated client engagement experience at a senior level Experience in Managed Services and/or Support Services environment Experience managing a service delivery team Bachelor's or equivalent degree ITIL certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
