We currently require a Sales Distribution Assistant, who will play a crucial role in supporting the BDM and Group CEO, to ensure seamless operations, timely delivery, and exceptional customer service. You will assist in exploring distribution channels, handle all sales calls and queries and be the point of contact for all clients and potential clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service Support: Serve as a point of contact for customer enquiries related to the status of their request Address customer concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction Receive and process client requests accurately and efficiently Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requests Monitor and communicate updates to customers as required Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on sales performance, and the status of client requests Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Support sales forecasting and planning activities Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of sales processed and invoices Assist in preparing sales presentations and promotional materials Provide general administrative support to the sales and distribution teams MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Matric and related qualification in Business Administration / sales essential At least 12 months prior experience in a similar role, preferably in sales support or distribution, ideally within the insurance / FinServ industry Prior experience in face-to-face sales is required Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office primarily Excel Excellent presentation skills with strong attention to detail Good organization and time management skills ATTRIBUTES: Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
