Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Researcher to join our talent acquisition team. As a Recruitment Researcher, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for various roles within the company. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, professional networks, and other sources. Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screen and evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements of open positions. Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates. Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication. Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status. Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
