WHAT YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO DO AS AN EXPEDITOR:Assist in calculating Raw Materials and Packaging requirements.Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Maintain Raw Material delivery scheduleMonitor inventory levels and co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.Keep track of inventory and raw materials within business parameters.Monitor slow-moving and dead stock SKU’sCollaborate with RM incoming inspection team to ensure materials meet the required standard.Reporting – Month end, supplier OTIF and other stock related reportsProvide support in resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality of materials.Ensure internal and external customer satisfactionAdhere to food safety procedureWHAT SKILLS YOU WILL NEED IN THIS POSITION: Minimum of a completed National DiplomaMaths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12 is essential1-3 years’ experience in an administrative positionPlanning and/or Buying experience in an FMCG or Manufacturing, Packaging or retail environment advantageousExcellent computer skills, especially ExcelSAP experience advantageousARE YOU SOMEONE THAT:Is analytical and a logical thinkerStrong communication skills, with the ability to interact across organizationStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work to deadlines and under pressurePassionate about customers and the companyExcellent attention to detailAble to multi-task and think on their feetHas their own transportIf you meet the above criteria, please email your CV, qualifications, and payslip#J-18808-Ljbffr
