```html Job Description: Systems Support Expert We’re looking for a Systems Support Expert to add value to our Supply Chain and Logistics team! Responsibilities: Respond to issues and queries logged by internal business users. Determine the nature of customer problems through asking relevant questions. Guide customers through the problem solving process. Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved. Gain feedback from customers about application issues and enhancements. Effectively maintain the day-to-day operations of the departmental Systems which include: Daily updates and reconciliation. Verifying server backups. Verifying database backups. Server sizes and integration error reports. Documentation of daily procedures and compilation of System and training manuals (department specific). Participation in User Group meetings with the Divisions. Ad hoc projects as they arise. Qualifications: Education: IT Diploma or Degree (or studying towards one). Experience: Excellent business knowledge in a retail environment&great with people.
