The Pre-Sales Engineer will also assist clients with product trends, consult on rolling out new products for business growth, and handle technical tasks for the brands.KPA & PERFORMANCE STANDARDSConduct weekly engagements with vendor technical counterparts to stay abreast of the latest technologies and updates.Ensure proactive communication and collaboration with vendors to enhance technical knowledge and partnerships.Technical Sales EngagementProvide technical support during pre – and post-sales activities as required by the brand.Work closely with Account Managers to articulate relevant brands’ roadmaps and solutions to meet client needs.Certification RequirementsPerform technical tasks accurately and within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Demonstrate precision and attention to detail in all technical activities and solutions.Communication:Provide comprehensive communication to all stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.
