Purpose Of Position: Sourcing of candidates to build and maintain a database of suitable associates for competent client placement. Database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance. Interviewing candidates during various hiring stages including phone interviews. Duties&Responsibilities: Effective Associate Recruitment: Source and interview “walk in” candidates and liaise with branch colleagues regarding suitably competent candidates for database recording. Associate Liaison: Manage and direct communication on behalf of the branch. Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks. Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites). Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes. Build and maintain a database of suitable candidates. Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round, and second-round interviews. Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance. Identifying current and future hiring needs. Providing excellent client service. Compliance with Company Procedures and Processes, Policies&Legislation. Minimum Requirements: Must have Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF level 4 equivalent qualification. A clear criminal and credit record. HR Diploma or Degree. Experience in the Temporary Employment Services (TES / Agency) industry. Valid Driver's License and Own vehicle. Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting within the Blue Collar Industry. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (Placement Partner, Pnet, Career Junction). Proficient in MS suite. Good knowledge of Labour legislation. Working knowledge of BCOE, WCA/IOD, Health and Safety, Benefits and Bargaining Councils.
