Key Purpose The Compliance Specialist is responsible for assisting in developing and implementing procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation affecting our client's business, and advising internal business units on meeting compliance requirements. The specialist will lead regulatory complaints management by developing and implementing a framework aligned with the TCF principles. Additionally, the Compliance Specialist ensures that business units stay informed about changes to all applicable laws and regulations monitored by Group Compliance, and assists and supports the Senior Compliance Manager as needed. Key Responsibilities: Developing, implementing, and managing the compliance program for our client. Assist in drafting and implementing compliance frameworks, policies, and manuals. Support monitoring and reporting on new legislation. Manage end-to-end regulatory complaints process. Relationship with the relevant regulatory bodies Maintain relationships with regulators and engage with industry bodies. Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues. Establish proper reporting channels for staff and external parties. Maintain non-compliance incident registers and ensure timely reporting. Training and awareness (Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training for staff. Coordinate compliance training for staff and cultivate a compliance culture. Provide relevant information and presentations on compliance matters.
