Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree/Diploma or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in a senior role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry. Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Certification in Six Sigma is highly desirable (black belt) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
