Direct and lead technicians and artisans where necessary.• Ensure Work-shop personnel are adequately trained and equipped for plant requirements.• Evaluate staff and maintain discipline in accordance with company rules Maintain safety and housekeeping standards SHE requirements.• Ensure that standards are maintained (Engineering, Safety) and are following OSHACT and ISO 9002 requirements.• Carry out Standby duties.• Plant modifications upgrading and problem solving (Projects to Certification).• Ensure all requested upgrades/modifications on DCS are implemented.• Maintain spare part availability in workshop and production areas.
