Requirements 3-5 years’ relevant experience in the financial services industry, particularly understanding of lower income market products and client needs2 years’ experience in the management of complex projects in the financial services industryExcellent presentation and negotiation skillSkillsInfluencing and persuasion skillsRelationship building and networkingInterpersonal skillsPresentation skillsCommunication skills Duties & Responsibilities INTERNAL PROCESSEnsure the effective Relationship Management of existing contractual relationshipsImplement the effective nurturing, retaining and leveraging of existing contracts in order to drive sales penetrationImplement the market access strategy for existing and new markets for both face-to-face and digital channels in line with the operating modelConduct analyses of existing key accounts (unions etc.) at a national and provincial level and then make recommendations on the strategic or tactical direction going forward and then implement in collaboration with the Channel sales staffManage existing key relationships and key stakeholders and ensure that these are retained and maximizedProvide inputs to the prioritisation of potential new worksites in the context of the regional strategyOversee the development and execution of marketing plans and activation events to launch and entrench our presence in existing marketsOversee and/or provide inputs to a sponsorship/activation approach for existing marketsProvide regular report on performance of key accounts to the relevant stakeholdersMeasure and report on the success of events and the ROI of money spent in a particular marketInvolve channel representatives in the negotiations, ensure that relationships are then handed over to the right people and at the right timeDrive a client centric environment that focuses on best practice service delivery#J-18808-Ljbffr
