Plant reliability:• Adherence to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.• Provide technical support to the team on Planned maintenance and breakdowns.• Conduct RCA for major breakdowns (> 1hr) and implement improvements.• Provide technical improvements & solutions as needed for poor-performing equipment.People & Contractor Management:• Inspect work and sign of Job-cards (External & Internal)• Ensure personnel adhere to site rules w.r.t Hot work, permits, etc.Stakeholders:• Ensure internal customers’ needs are supported – providing feedback and completion of work, attending meetings, etc.• Engage with external parties as required – spares / technical input / RCA’s.• Retain the relevant documentation.Departmental:• Lead team to deliver great performance – set example via self.• Coach and mentor team.• Lead daily workshop meeting at 08h30 and attend the daily departmental meeting.• Provide relevant documentation to support the SCM process.
