Investigate equipment failures and recurring issues to identify root causes and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence. Analyze equipment performance data, maintenance records, and downtime reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to address reliability issues and drive continuous improvement. Repair or replace defective electrical components, such as fuses, relays, circuit breakers, and wiring, to restore equipment functionality. Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs, component replacement, or equipment upgrades as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and lock-out/tag-out procedures during repair and maintenance activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field. 5 Years experience in FMCG environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and components, including PLCs, VFDs, motors, relays, and instrumentation. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting and repair. #J-18808-Ljbffr
