This position is focused on harnessing state-of-the-art technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (TTS), Voicebots and Chatbots, to streamline operational workflows, elevate customer engagements, and drive efficiencies across the organization.
