Matric and 5 years customer service working experience is requiredWord, Excel and Powerpoint skills are essentialValid drivers license and own transport You will support the Technical Advisor, the Team Leader, the Customer Service staff and Sales teamYou will attend to customer service requirements, customer queries and complaintsArrange and co-ordinate service attendances for equipment servicing and repairs on siteOpening and managing Jobs on internal system (SMS)Creating of work procedures and instructionsCommercial control of Service contractsOperational planning and maintenance, including requesting quotations for repairs for lifting equipment, tools, etc.Internal administrative duties, gathering and capturing of checklists (weekly, monthly, annual, etc.),Asset control for Service department, including Asset count, Tool container Management, requesting quotes for replacement or acquisition of assetsService Department Fleet Control and Maintenance, including requesting quotations for repairs to vehicles, vehicle branding, etcAssisting Customer Service Administrator in compiling supporting documentation for invoicingPro-active approach of services/customers supportPlanning of engineer/apprentice poolAsset control for Customer Service departmentOperational assistance to the Technical AdvisorsHandling of service requests.Arranging of service attendancesPlanning of engineer poolPreparation of project specific documentationJournal duty at weekends and bank holidaysChecking and follow up of work reportsChecking and arranging signing of timesheetsFiling of project or work specific correspondence like certificates, data, protocols, paperwork, measuring protocols, MDE Data, MOMs, emails, etc.Support of commissioning jobs in the area of the service stationAssist Head of Customer Service with HR PlanningWorking according to rules with internal softwareDemonstrated initiative to visualize, organize, manage, and complete projects in individual and group settings.Assist the Company in any necessary duties to achieve Company goals.Perform other related duties as assigned.Exact and precise workingAbility to coordinate and plan service attendancesWorking with a pro-active approachAbility to work under pressureAccuracyAdvising peopleFollowing instructionsGathering informationTeam WorkQuality ManagementOrganizational Support - Follows policies and proceduresJudgment - Displays willingness to make decisionsSafety and Security - Observes safety and security proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English
