About the role The Material Call-off Team Lead reporting to the Supply Chain Lead is responsible for the area Material-call off at the site, working closely with the Supply Planner, Scheduler and Transport Planner as well as the cross-functional operations team on site to enable material-call offto take place ensuring committed output is achieved On Time and In Full. Key responsibilities The Material Call-off Team Lead is responsible for leading the Material Call Off Team within the Supply Chain function at plant level, including the following: Managing Alerts in the Call off process including rescheduling alerts, over coverage, under coverage and short reporting. Ordering process including converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders, sending Po’s to vendors and obtaining vendor confirmation. Daily metrics review including inbound deliveries which are delivered short, taking care of material concerns and escalations, reviewing purchase orders not confirmed by the vendor. Managing cockpits in the call-off area. Arranging indirect ordering including the review of requests, ordering indirect materials (including pallets), communicating to the vendors and obtaining confirmation. Managing Traded Portfolio to customers from other Kerry Sites. The Material Call-off Team Lead is also involved in the wider supply chain processes: Consulted in the process of actioning SAP alerts during the medium term supply planning process. Consulted in the process of reviewing OTIF failures and creating RCAs as well as defining actions for failures. Consulted in the review process of aged inventory during the Supply Planning Process. Consulted about Block/Rework&Leftover Reviews and Actions within the Inventory Management Process. Consulted in the process of sequencing planned orders and defining the production schedule. Consulted in case of missing parts for orders within the production plan release process. Managing inventory in the Scheduling Process. Process of 3rd Party Manufacturing and Sub Contracting including the dispatch of materials to vendor and updating the component details into a purchase order. Consulted in the process of reviewing the error log in the outbound delivery creation process within the area of transport planning. Review of late inbounds. Consulted in the investigation process of disputes and responsible for denying/approving disputes. Adding non-conformances to SAP and determining tech/non-tech, investigating and creating RCAs, escalating where required and closing out Supplier NC on SAP as well as managing the feedback loop within the inbound complaints management process. Qualifications and skills Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain/Procurement. At least 3 years in a supply chain function. Knowledge&experience of SAP.
