he individual is to partner with the business in acquiring talent for the organisation, sales and marketing division in order to achieve recruitment objectives, act as guardian and custodian of the recruitment, selection and appointment process, and proactively ensure the effective implementation of recruitment projectsDuties & ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruitment and SelectionHandle end–to–end recruitment with relevant Hiring ManagersPerforming searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting forums and employee referrals.Screening and short listing all applicants in consultation with the relevant hiring manager.Screening applications where necessary, ensuring candidates meet minimum criteria as set out in the Job Specification.Telephonic Screening to identify suitable candidates through effective job matchingOversee and co-ordinate interviews for required roles with the Talent Acquisition Lead.Conducting interviews alongside management and shortlisting to identify the most suitable candidate ensuring a fair process has taken place.Making hiring recommendations as and when required.Oversee accurate verification checks for shortlisted candidates i.e. References, Credit Check, Criminal Check, Qualification CheckOversee all required assessments with Talent Acquisition LeadBe the point of contact for internal and external applicants for roles that have been advertisedKeep track of all employee referralsAdminister and maintain the recruitment database in accordance with system requirements, standards and setupManage candidate feedback sessions both internally and externallyHandle recruitment application related queriesFacilitating the preparation of necessary documentation and checks before approving the documentation for distributionTrack referralsAfter successful appointments, handle face-to-face feedback session with internal applicants, bulk rejects, un-publish the advertisement and fill roles on the Direct Hire SystemClient Relationship ManagementCreating and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external clients by providing input and adviceKeeping the client informed about progress on recruitment process by communicating via telephone, email and informal meetings.Providing training and coaching to management in respect of recruitment interventions, as requiredAdministration and Recruitment Syetem ManagementMaintain up-to-date recruitment files for all rolesKeep all recruitment administration up to dateCompiling and providing your line manager with all relevant recruitment information for reporting purposesAssist in compiling monthly reports on recruitment statsCapture all CV’s onto database if not uploaded via websiteOversee the accuracy of Job Descriptions/Adverts.AttributesPromotes team energy and culture positivelyMaintain High StandardsPersonal ResponsibilityAbility to work under pressureRecruitment team work capabilitiesAttention to detailGood written and verbal skillsCollaboration and problem solvingGood judgment and decisivenessIntegrityInnovativeAccuracyPlanning & OrganisingPro-active self-starterRecruitment Practices and MethodologiesProficient in MS Office (Advance Word; Excel; PowerPoint)Desired Experience & QualificationEducation Qualifications and Experience:Must have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.MatricExperienceProficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networksExperience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidatesProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trendsDeep knowledge of talent acquisition – related best practice, trends and innovations, systems, tools and recruitment – related continuous improvement initiativesIn-house and External Recruitment processes and best practiceSocial Medial Platforms and Job boardsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: R10000,00 - R15000,00 per monthLanguage:English (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
