Vast experience in stock management & stock management practices2. Proven customer service track record3. Proficient in warehouse management systems specifically, Microsoft Execl and ERP systems.- Excellent leadership and people management skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Oracle and other relevant software.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of the logistics company.- Lead and manage a team of professionals, including stock managers, logistics coordinators, and administrative staff.- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.- Stock Management:- Oversee stock management processes to ensure accurate inventory levels.- Implement best practices for inventory control and management.- Develop strategies to minimize stock loss and optimize stock turnover.- Oracle System Management:- Utilize Oracle software for inventory and stock management.- Ensure accurate data entry and system updates.- Train and support staff in the effective use of Oracle systems.- Operational Excellence:- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.- Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy in financial records.- Customer Relationship Management:- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Candidates with Oracle experience would be considered advantageousWill manage a team of 38 people and have 4 direct reports-Requirements- Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the logistics or FMCG industry.- Proven experience with Oracle software.- Strong understanding of stock management principles and practices.The number of jobs in each salary range for all:#J-18808-Ljbffr
