The responsibility involves overall management and the overseeing the branches in specific region. Responsibilities: Adherence to the company policies and procedures within the basic conditions of the employment act. Ability to focus on customer needs and customer service while ensuring that all policies and procedures are met. Responsible for the financial and operational needs of the branches as a whole. Responsible for management and cost cutting measures in the regions Responsible for the swift solution of customer queries. Reviewing business processes on an ongoing basis to ensure efficient and effective operations Responsible for developing and maintaining a high-level employee morale and dedication to serving customers. Conducts themselves and all activities and accountabilities in a manner that is consistent with respect for people values and company policies. Responsible for IR matters in the region. Responsible for recruitment and training of new employees and the ongoing training to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded Lead, direct, train and manage the performance of the regional team. Demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach. Be able to priorities incoming enquiries and business and convert into live business. Must monitor branch reports on a daily basis. MINIMUM: Grade 12 National Diploma (3yrs) or Higher in Logistics / Distribution / Freight / Courier or Supply Chain Management / Business Management EXPERIENCE Computer Literacy.
