GERMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES REPRESENTATIVES - RemoteWORK FROM HOME!Start ASAPBrief CSSR Job description• Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams• Assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in German & English languages• Work on airline reservations systems & handle voice calls in English & German may include some written correspondence.• Fully paid product and systems training provided.• Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments• Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.• Demanding and time-sensitive call centre environmentRequirements• Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written skills essential (Advanced level may be considered)• Located in South Africa• Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only• Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills• No criminal record.• Flexibility to work shifts• Previous customer service experience preferredEmployment terms and conditions1. Remuneration: R200 000 CTC per annum2. Full time, Permanent contract: 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day3. Operational hours:24/7; 365 days per week- Rotational shifts Mondays – Sundays includes & public holidays as operationally required. Working hours may be subject to change depending on client requirements.- Specific operating hours may apply depending on account allocated TBD in interview stage (however flexibility is key)4. Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid).5. Probation period: 4 months6. Health insurance benefit (Paid for by the Company)7. Work from home may be considered:- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet.
