Responsibilities: Supervising day-to-day operations of the Administrative department and staff members Co-ordinate administrative processes and devise ways to streamline processes Provide support to new employees and allocate responsibilities and office space Assess staff performance to ensure maximum efficiency Ensure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines Monitor inventory of office supplies Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, site visits, event planning etc.) Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals Provide monthly reports to the Managing Director on various projects rolled out and progress thereof Requirements: Proven experience as an Administration Manager Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management Exceptional management skills Strong problem solving, critical thinking and interpersonal skills Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office Excellent customer service and organisational skills Team player Ability to meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
