Overview / Purpose of the job:To ensure management and compliance of all funeral branches within the KZN region in order to achieve business objectives.Minimum requirements:A Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a relevant tertiary qualification3 years marketing experience in the Funeral and Insurance industrySolid knowledge of SHEQ policies and proceduresSolid knowledge of audit proceduresMust have a valid unendorsed driver's license and be willing to travelComputer literacyResponsibilities:Implement control systems and conduct audits according to policy and procedure to safeguard the businessManage compliance and marketing events within the sub-region to ensure that the objectives are achievedPlan, develop, maintain, and implement the marketing plan and compliance control systems in accordance to the company’s standards and specificationsActively participate with managers and all relevant stakeholders in the process of developing and improving relationships, in order to meet objectivesManage profitability and compile reports in accordance with policies, procedures, and legal requirementsCoordinate training needs and ensure employees are trainedCoordinate marketing activities#J-18808-Ljbffr
