We are looking for an Inventory Warehouse Manager for our client in Pinetown. This role is crucial for overseeing warehouse operations with a strong focus on inventory management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently under tight deadlines, and comfortable in a challenging environment. Min requirements for this role; Roughly 10 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management within a manufacturing/FMCG company, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field preferred. Experience with an ERP systems Strong analytical abilities, knowledge of 5S, and Health & Safety practices. Experience in import/export handling is a plus. Commitment to excellence in customer care and proactive problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensure accurate tracking, and implement control measures. Conduct monthly stock counts. Staff Management: Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and QMS procedures. Facility Management: Maintain the warehouse, including equipment like forklifts and trucks. Dispatching & Receiving: Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and secure favourable rates. Reporting & Analysis: Track inventory data, forecast needs, and optimize operations. Prepare detailed management reports. Compliance: Ensure adherence to BRC, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct staff training, safety talks, and maintain valid forklift licenses. Salary: R 40,000 to R 45,000 plus a 13th cheque.#J-18808-Ljbffr
