Job Description: We are currently recruiting an experienced Outbound and Logistics Manager for a FMCG/Retail organization based in Durban. Qualifications: Bachelor degree focused on Logistics and or Supply Chain; a post graduate qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics will be an advantage. Requirements: At least 5 - 10 years related work experience in a FMCG warehouse environment. Demonstrate a history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry. Skilled in negotiations (unionised environment), management and project management. Experienced and skilled in Warehouse Management (WMS), SCALE/SAP systems and Project planning. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Experience with delivery route planning (Trackmatic/DPS/Pickup). Strong operations professional focused on continuous improvement.
