Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading Electronics company based in KwaZulu-Natal and is seeking an experienced Operations&Warehouse Manager. As the Operations&Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, as well as managing the overall operations of the company. Responsibilities Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors Requirements Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
