We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to lead and inspire our team on our short-term insurance campaign . We require a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be pivotal in engaging both team members and key stakeholders within our organization. Your key responsibilities will include: Effectively manage a team with regards to attendance, meeting required targets, adherence to schedule, talk time, productivity and compliance- ensuring required KPI’s are met. Coaching, motivation and development of the team. Performance management of team members. Promote diversity within the team. Handle all escalated queries and on the floor queries Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures Team specific reporting as per campaign requirements Ensure timeous reporting of IT issues to reduce downtime MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Matric essential (copy of certificate must be provided) Minimum 2 years outbound/telesales team leader experience preferably within the short-term insurance sector. Prior sales experience within a call center environment is required. RE / FAIS qualifications are preferred - Must be eligible to be added to the Rep register Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Excel for reporting of daily and weekly team stats.
