Key Responsibilities:Identify business improvement and optimization opportunities to streamline processes.Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather business requirements and information.Define and implement business process measurements, including KPIs.Optimize and align business processes with the IFS ERP system.Manage system configurations and developments within the IFS ERP system.Contribute to continuous business improvement initiatives.Provide process and system support, including user support, testing, and training.Identify and address areas of risk, concern, and change within business processes.Your Profile: Desired Skills:Extensive knowledge of process improvement methodologies.Good understanding of relational databases.Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS ERP.Required Skills:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar environment.Strong process management and mapping skills (e.g., MS Visio, 2c8).Knowledge of Manufacturing in the Aerospace & Defence environment is advantageous.Basic SQL knowledge is advantageous.
