Facilitate the apprenticeship program including candidate sourcing, interviews, psychometric assessments, and program monitoring. Assist with recruitment processes for various positions including General Assistants, Assistants, and Forklift/Clamp Drivers. Provide translation services during meetings, counselling sessions, hearings, and notices. Act as a committee member for Employment Equity initiatives and manage occupational levels updates. Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously. Highly organized with strong administrative skills (reporting, file management). Proactive and able to take initiative.
