The purpose of the Senior Recruitment Manager/ HOD role at GBS Support Services, you will lead our team's recruitment initiatives, taking charge of sourcing talent across various business functions such as Sales Management, IT, BI, Finance, Product, Marketing, and other senior management roles. Your extensive experience and proficiency will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-calibre professionals to boost our organization's continued growth and success.In this senior-level role, a strategic mindset, perpetual inquisitiveness, and adept collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are essential. You will be tasked with devising robust recruitment strategies and refining processes to align with organizational objectives. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to the mentorship and development of a team of recruiters, ensuring their alignment with our overarching recruitment goals and standards.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage end-to-end recruitment process efficiently and effectivelyDemonstrate expertise in managing both high-volume and specialist recruitment at a managerial levelBuild and maintain strong relationships with third-party providersLead and supervise a recruitment team, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsDevelop and implement successful recruitment strategies tailored for support and specialized rolesUtilize in-depth knowledge and experience with various online job portals such as Pnet, Careers 24, Indeed, LinkedIn, Breezy HR, and Simply HRLeverage extensive experience in working with multiple recruitment agencies, evaluating and selecting optimal agency partnershipsPossess a comprehensive understanding of job gradings and market-related salaries within the South African contextCollaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and continuously improve recruitment practicesQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDMatricRelevant Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fieldAt least 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Recruitment Management roleCall Centre Industry experience would be advantageousProven track record of driving recruitment initiatives, managing change, and delivering measurable resultsExperience in Inter provincial recruitmentBEHAVIOUR AND COMPETENCIES REQUIREDStrategic ThinkerInspirational LeaderEffective communication skills- ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the businessProblem Solver- Able to address complex issues and providing a sustainable solutionChange ManagementAccountabilityEthicalSolid interpersonal skillsRemuneration: A market related package including benefitsNB: Thank you for choosing Talksure as your employer of choice.
