Job OverviewThe purpose of the role is to lead a team of training facilitators within a client specific estate, in support of client training. The role will also focus in building current and future knowledge and skills to ensure a competitive advantage that aligns to the broader learning and development strategy for the business.Job Responsibilities:Internal and External Relationship ManagementDevelopment and hands on management of client/Huntswood relationships ensuring client expectations are continuously exceeded.Communication and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders in the businessGovernanceContinuous review of processes and efficiencies with the client estate, which aligns to the broader L&D Strategy for the business.Adherence to the Huntswood SA speed to competence frameworkScheduling of training resource, and governance of the training schedule to support the business needs.Ensuring compliance to health and safety and asset management are adhered to within the specific training environment.Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures that serves as a foundation for the L&D DepartmentManagement of ADHOC training as requested by the business.People ManagementLead a team of training facilitators within a client specific estate.Grad Bay support-Identify and enhance processes in support of the L&D speed to competence framework.Create opportunities for upskilling and growth within the team.Operations support –identify risk and ensure L&D presence and support is readily available on request.
