Job DescriptionWe are seeking an innovative Marketing specialist to oversee all marketing campaigns and implement strategy for our two private educational institutions brands. They will be responsible for coordinating the brand internally, the campuses central point of communication and information on and about the brand, and project managing the marketing activities. They will also be involved in the above and below the line activities of the Marketing Department internally and externally.The incumbent will report to the Marketing Manager.RequirementsEssential Requirements:Relevant marketing qualificationMinimum of three years brand marketing experienceSocial Media and Content Marketing knowledge and experience essentialCommunity Management experienceYouth Marketing experience/knowledge advantageousStrong project management, time management and organizational abilities.Ability to think creatively and innovatively.Organised and administratively strongStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to think strategically and analyse dataProficient in Microsoft OfficeMeticulous attention to detail is essentialGood problem-solving abilitiesResults-driven, with a positive 'can do' attitudeKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing onesCoordinating marketing strategies with the campuses and sales departments.To strategise, plan and implement projects and initiatives to maximise marketing the brand to the primary and secondary markets, as well as internally within the staff.Website management.Copywriting and content management for social media channels, mailers, SMS’s, Google and other relevant platforms.Work with and manage advertising, PR and media agencies by providing precise briefs and assessing delivery thereonEvent/promotion coordination for external and internal audiences for the brands and its studentsConceptualise, develop, and present innovative, proactive plans on marketing strategies for specific marketing campaigns and projectsResponsible for managing departmental timelines and creative briefsEnsure that orders and invoices are completed timeously for payment, in line with established company SOP'sProject management and/or facilitation of ad hoc marketing projects and strategic initiativesEnsure that all internal and external marketing content is updated, consistent and conforms to the company's brand standardsEnsure that brand usage is consistent across the campusesManage and negotiate preferential pricing structures and delivery with suppliersMaintain digital files and records of all marketing initiatives and projectsConduct research, interpret and strategise accordinglySeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesEducation#J-18808-Ljbffr
