Key Responsibilities:Development: Create services, reports, and applications as per business requirements and agreed deadlines.Support: Assist IT and IS support personnel in resolving technical problems, validating issues, and creating solutions within the departmental timeframe.Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of new and existing systems at a technical level for support continuity.Training: Train level 1 support and other development personnel on new and existing systems.Project Management: Ensure efficient planning, executing, controlling, and closing of projects to achieve agreed goals, criteria, and deadlines.Qualifications:Matric (Grade 12 Certificate).Relevant BSc Degree or Diploma.Valid Code 08/EB drivers license.Experience:2+ years in a similar position.Solid experience with MS SQL Query.Skills and Attributes:Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Proficiency in MS Office and written communication.Positive, proactive, results-driven attitude.Innovative and highly ethical.Self-starter with keen attention to detail.Please note:Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
