MAIN OBJECTIVE Installations Team Leaders are accountable and responsible for all the installation teams daily activities, this includes time management, assignments, quality assurance, effectiveness, ensure all teams comply with the Britelink installation standards, daily reporting and reporting on escalations of non-compliance by the installation technicians. KEY COMPETENCIES Problem solving skill Inter personal skills Decision making skills Time management skills Team Management skills People management skills Communication skills Assertiveness Ability to work in high pace rapidly changing environment Ability to handle pressure Multi-tasking Key Performance Indicator All installations are compliant with Installation specs and standards as per BL Installation standards document Signed customer installation Job card Signed customer installation Job card No damage to customer premises/ propert Timeous attending to daily schedule by customer and location Job cards are submitted after every installation Job cards are accurate All stock used is accurately accounted for File is updated daily, and weekly report submitted Liaise with Clients regarding the installation details (Aeshetics,route, positioning of ONT stock warehouse, regarding stock requirements/returns&Transfer coordinator, regarding Scheduled time, address etc planning team regarding pre-planned routes for the installation maintenance regarding required maintenance on an installation Communicate health&safety incidents and accidents Assistant is effectively supervised and utilized QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Certificate or diploma in business administration will be advantageous At least 3 years in call center or customer relations environment MS Office, Excel skills, Word, Email and internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
