The efficient functioning of the HC Information Systems and HC Modules within ERP BusinessComputer Systems (e.g. Ellipse) and to ensure an efficient administrative service is provided.This post reports to MANAGER (HC SYSTEMS) Key Responsibility Areas • Maintenance of all HC computerised systems (existing and future) under the direction ofRecruitment and Administration Manager.• Assumes responsibility for the control and maintenance of the Access Control System and IDSystem.• Executes specific applications relating to the implementation of procedures and systems forAsset and Stock Control.• Monitor maintenance of office services/ equipment, office accommodation and contractsthereof.• Prepare statistical reports as directed by the Recruitment and Administration Manager.• Undertake other related duties and projects. • Organisational awareness• Planning and organising• Monitoring and control• HR Technology/ Information Management• Communication• Advice and guidance• Action and outcome orientation• Learning orientation• Accountability and ethical conduct• Problem solving and analysis• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or any otherrelated and equivalent qualification.• Valid motor vehicle driving license.• 3 Years relevant experience.• Computer Literacy.
