Biometrics – loading of new employee’s (ASO + TES)2. Ensuring pay slips are sent out in a timeously manner.3. Ensuring IRP5’s are sent out to all employees accordingly.4. Managing and maintaining the ORG Charts5. Onboarding of new employees – Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation and training6. Employee Starter Packs – to be completed as per checklist7. Induction packs – to be given to all new employees8. Ensuring the employee of the month hampers are sentout timeously9. FTC requisitions to be completed and signed off by relevant HOD and sent to HO10. Keep track of foreigners’ spreadsheet11. Terminations – assist with offboarding process, including document management12. Assisting with WSP submissions13. Checking of invoices14. Capturing of overtime on excel15. Filing16.
