I am seeking a highly skilled Welder to join my clients' dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding various components used in producing retail fixtures and point-of-sale displays, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.Key Duties:Perform welding operations on a variety of metals using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Set up and adjust welding equipment to ensure proper operation and quality welds.Inspect welded components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex welding issues.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.Assist in the fabrication process when required, including cutting, grinding, and assembling metal components. Qualifications:Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.Trade Test Certificate in Welding or a recognized welding qualification.Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or related environment.Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding processes.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
