Ability to influence others Role and Responsibility Sales Activities New business generation. Meet sales and profit targets in line with commission structure. Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls. Client visits Negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy. Write and place job adverts on website. Client Management Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on successful placements. Network internally and externally. Benchmark for clients- salary, availability, candidate pool and industry activity. Candidate Management Shortlist and interview candidates across a range of industries. Managing the candidate placement process. Build and maintain client relationships as well as candidate database. Candidate control- maintains regular contact to review progress and performance. Spec CVs, market candidates and search CVs in line with job request and ensure CVs are in the correct format. Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
