Introduction An exciting opportunity exists for an individual who has strong numerical and data entry skills. The main responsibilities of the role include calculating and processing employee wages, maintaining accurate payroll records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of payroll systems and software, as well as excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with potential for growth and career development Working on PRP system Capturing/exporting in and out times Capturing leave on National Bargaining Council Daily sign off wage on PRP and Jarrison Adding trips Authorizing hours (weekly and monthly) Daily headcounts Daily reporting/registers Assisting staff with payroll queries Raising PO’s (contract labor, stationery, packaging material, equipment and repairs, motor vehicle hire, first  aid, subcontractors, small tools etc.) All admin reports requested by supervisors and manager Any other reasonable tasks and instructions as and when they arise · Respect and Care: Always show respect, care for and treat everyone fairly, put people first · Integrity and Loyalty: Display loyalty, display integrity, do the right thing always! · Can Do: Must have a can-do attitude, believe in yourself, and live out our values always. · Continuous Improvement: Must be dedicated to continuous improvement, be innovative and constantly learning to keep ahead. · Minimum 1 year payroll and administration experience · Must be an analytical thinker · Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. · Ability to multi-task, address and resolve issues · Must be able to handle and respond to situations in a professional and technically proficient manner. · Computer Literacy and working knowledge of Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
