The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate reporting across all areas of the group together with providing support to the Analyst (Finance) and Group Management Accountant in designing new effective reports which enhance the decision-making ability for its users. What You’ll Do For The Brand: Monitoring and administration of consumable stock counts submitted by the team members at the branches. Compilation of the weekly consumable stock efficiency report. Communicate with the financial and operational teams on abnormal usage/errors in consumable stock together with inaccurate consumable stock counts. Collection and storage of inter branch transfer notes and updating of monthly schedule. Preparation of the monthly consumable stock usage report. Preparation of rental, utilities and communications reports. Preparation of key expense reports. Administration of 3G cards for the group under the supervision of the Analyst (Finance). Maintenance of the Masterfile for 3G data cards and keep track of queries raised and ensure these are addressed in a timely manner. Updating of the insurance claims report on a weekly basis. Updating of the monthly TAB report. Preparation of the monthly publications returns report. Partnering with the Analyst (Finance) to liaise with various department heads to understand the reporting requirements of each department and align reporting accordingly. Provide assistance to Analyst (Finance) and Group Management Accountant on key projects. Any other ad hoc tasks.
