Qualifications/Requirements: · Matric with a related qualification · 5-7 years of FMCG/food and beverage sales experience · Experience with chain stores&wholesale markets, especially in product listing and resource management · Willingness to travel, including overnight stays and international trips · Own vehicle Responsibilities: · Use market data and trends to set ambitious sales goals. · Review market challenges and adjust plans to overcome them. · Prepare accurate sales forecasts and insightful reports for management. · Track and analyze sales data to identify business strengths and areas for improvement. · Manage sales budgets with precision. · Develop and implement effective sales procedures and policies. · Approve and manage large client contracts and business terms. · Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members. · Connect with potential business partners and clients to expand our reach. · Create engaging presentations for business partners, executives, and shareholders. · Conduct performance reviews and offer improvement strategies. · Use incentives and sales drives to promote top-performing employees. · Ensure clear and consistent communication across the team. · Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve their goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
