Role DescriptionThe Telesales Agent is a full-time on-site role located in Durban-Pinetown. As a Telesales Agent you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to present the company's products and services, identify their needs, provide support and assistance, and conduct follow-up activities. You will use potential leads and existing customers' information to contact them via phone, email, and online platforms.
