Job Description:We are looking for an F&I Assistant to work alongside our F&I departmentto assist with handling the financial aspect of clients when buying a vehicle.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist our F&I consultants with various admin dutiesAssist in loading Finance ApplicationsPerforming other general administrative tasksImpeccable client service with professionalism and friendlinessAssist with explaining the costs, terms and contractual obligations of any finance transactionsAssist with explaining to the customers all products and services on offerCompile and submit files with required documentation to financial institutionsEnsure that all transactions are followed up and paid out as soon as possibleRequirements:Grade 12NCA CertificatePreferably a BCom degree or DiplomaExcellent administrative, organizing and communication skillsAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced dealership environmentValid driver’s license with own reliable transportWilling to work two Saturdays per monthPackage includes:PSG Provident FundDiscovery Life Insurance15 Days Annual LeaveCell phone Allowance#J-18808-Ljbffr
