The company has a position available for an Personal Assistant with impeccable character, suitable qualifications and experience. Your Executive will rely on your absolute discretion, and you must have the integrity to be their trusted counsel and confidant. This is a full-time on-site role as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, personal assistance, diary management, and clerical skills of the CEO. The role would suit an un-attached individual, or dependents who are suitably cared for as duties would include availability on short notice including evenings, encompassing weekends and public holidays. Duties&Responsibilities An experienced and professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide unparalleled support to the CEO in both his personal and business concerns managing both private life and business duties. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our executive’s schedules and activities, as well as accompanying the executive in various internal and external interactions. Responsibilities : 1. Manage the calendar, meetings, and daily schedules of the executive, ensuring efficient time management and prompt handling of all appointments and commitments. 2. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries. 3. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and any other communications in a professional and timely manner. 4. Conduct research and provide high-level analysis on various topics to support decision-making processes. 5. Attend meetings with the executive, taking accurate minutes and following up on action items as necessary. 6. Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents, responding or redirecting as appropriate. 7. Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. 8. Handle personal matters and tasks for the executive, including personal appointments, household management, and family commitments, as required. - Ability to travel on short notice for extended stays or accompany executive after hours or public holidays.
