A vacancy exists for an HR Recruitment Consultant within the Micro Merchant Division – HR, in Durban . The HR Recruitment Consultant will have a dual role in advising the organization on various HR&Recruitment matters. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: HR / Employee Relations: Provide guidance on handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Conduct investigations into workplace complaints and provide recommendations for resolution. Recruitment and Talent Management: Creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms. Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged. Managing and updating candidate database and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ensuring that the recruitment process complies with company policy. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating background checks. Communicate with new hires to provide necessary information and answer any questions. In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar HR role. 3 years of experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, and employee relations.
