A well-established financial institution based in Umhlanga has an opening within the Compliance department for a Compliance Specialist. The successful individual will beresponsible for assisting in developing and implementing procedures to ensure compliance with regulations/legislation affecting the business of the Group and advising internal business units on how to meet compliance requirements.Description• Developing, implementing, and managing group compliance program.• Relationship with the relevant regulatory bodies.• Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues.• Training and awareness (coordinating and scheduling required compliance training for staff)Education Profile• Completed Bachelor of Laws (LLB).• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.• A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in Regulatory Complaints Management and General Regulatory Compliance within the Financial Services Sector (Home Loans and other Short Term Unsecured Credit Products).Application InstructionsPlease forward your CV to jeri.c@myfuturecareer.co.za.
